We have lived and traveled in many places but have finally decided to return to our roots. We have been married for 10 years and have 3 children together. We look forward to raising our children in Oregon and seeing our business grow!

My name is Dakota Parsons
I am the co-owner and technician for Crystal Clear Carpet Cleaning. I was trained for 3 years at an IICRC-certified firm before branching out on my own. IICRC stands for Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. I love to do my own maintenance and repairs. I also manage the SEO for our website.

My name is Rebecca Parsons
I am the co-owner and assistant technician for Crystal Clear Carpet Cleaning. I love to manage the paperwork, details and scheduling of appointments. I keep the books in order and run all of the administrative work for the business. I also manage the design and written content for the website. I have previously worked in print and online media, and sales before becoming a stay-at-home mom for the last 8 years.
