Professional Odor Removal
Remove that odor!
Do you have a bad smell coming from your carpet or upholstery? We have several steps to remove an odor.

Tools of the trade
First, we use different tools to pinpoint the location of spots.
We can use an ultraviolet light to highlight the spot so our treatment can be more targeted. UV light will illuminate substances like bodily fluids, food and pet waste.
We can use a hydrosensor to detect moisture content. The tool senses the salts in urine and other biological stains to help us determine where the spots are and treat it effectively.

Cleaning agent
Then, we attack it! We neutralize the odor using a deodorizer and remove it. A deodorizer is an agent that will destroy the bacteria that is causing the smell (It's a molecule that farts!). The deodorizer does not mask the smell.

Other options
There are certain measures for certain things. If urine is only on the top surface of the carpet and is a recent stain, we can remove it easily. If the urine soaks into the carpet and down to the pad, then we can use an enzyme flush to remove the salts and bacteria causing the odor. Learn more about an enzyme flush.
Disclaimer: If the urine soaks beyond the carpet fibers and pad and down into the subfloor, then you will have to do more extensive and expensive restoration to remove the odor. We do not offer subfloor restoration services. We always recommend the least expensive and least invasive option first.
