We start by finding all the spots using our moisture probe and a UV black light. We determine if we need to do an all-over enzyme treatment or if we can do a targeted flush in one area. Both methods require a wait time of 1 hour to allow the enzyme to start breaking down the biological compounds.

If we flush an area, we can thoroughly flush out the stain and remove the urine and cleansing water down to the pad. We make sure to remove any remaining water with our subsurface extraction tool. It is sometimes called a Water Claw. It has powerful suction as shown in the video below.

We use specific detergents for urine stains, which differ from deodorizer treatments. We may use both treatments if necessary.​
